Health, Safety Policy
1. Participation by all employees in health, safety and environment. This can be achieved by proper plans, leadership, communication and training.
2. Ensure that the potential risks to health, safety and environment associated with our activities and evaluation process in an advanced way for preventing the hazards and to minimize the risks.
3. Regular review of performance level for the development of health systems and associated safety and environmental conservation to reflect better performance in this area.
4. Adherence and compliance with the requirements of International regulations and laws in this area
5. Take appropriate actions to protect the people , environment and assets
6. Good housekeeping is an important element of accident prevention. It is defined as
“A place for everything and everything at its place”. Housekeeping is done as a part of daily routine with clean up being a continuous procedure
7. When working at night spot lights or portable lights for emergency lighting shall be provided as needed to perform the safely.
8. All premises under the control of the condition to remain safe and without health risks, including adequate means for entering and leaving the work place
9. The following Personal Protective Equipment shall be provided by the company to its workers, as a minimum, to all personnel.
· Safety Helmets
· Safety Footwear
· Hand Gloves
· Eye Wear
Additional PPE’s to be used for all the works, as circumstances may demand.
5. First aid training imparted to the employees to handle the emergency situation. Remote field crews will have an employee certified in First-Aid.
6. TOOLBOX meeting should be conducted and explain about the risk before starting every job.
7. SAFETY auditing conducting in every month.The objective of safety training is to equip employees with the knowledge, skills and attitudes, which will enable them to perform their duties in a safe and efficient manner
8.Health and safety inspections which also meets Plant, Machinery, Equipment Inspection and Inspection of specialized operations and equipment, Vehicle and Earth moving Equipment Inspection
9.Warning letters will be issued to the employees who failed to obey the safety rules, and who’s getting three warning letters will be terminated from the company
